The data controller is Zeropack S.p.A., con sede legale in Bologna, via Santa Margherita al Colle, 10/3 (hereafter "Zeropack" or "Data controller"). The Data controller can be contacted by e-mail at info@luc-on.com. Zeropack will use your personal data in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter "Privacy Regulation") and the Italian personal data protection act. The following personal data (hereafter "Personal Data") may be collected and subsequently used as you browse this website (hereafter "Site") and access some sections of it: a) personal data used for Site operation purposes: the Site's information systems and software procedures autonomously acquire some personal data as part of routine operations (such as IP addresses, domain names of the computers used by users accessing the site, addresses of requested resources in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier), time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file received in response, numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server, etc.), the sending of which is implicit when using internet communication protocols; b) data provided directly by the user: optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data such as requests from some sections of the Site (e.g. "Contact" section) required to respond to the user's requests; c) Cookies: the Site uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure procedures operate correctly and to improve the user experience of online applications (see the specific section of the Site for more information on how cookies are used). Personal data is collected and used for the purposes of Site operation. Data collected as you browse will be used to retrieve anonymous statistical information on Site use and to check it is operating correctly. Personal data provided directly by the user will be used to respond to the user's requests. Personal data will be stored for the period of time required to fulfil the aims for which the data was collected. In particular, data collected during Site browsing will be stored for the duration of the browsing session; data provided directly by the user will be stored for the time necessary to respond to the user's requests. At the end of the above storage times, the personal data will be destroyed, deleted or made anonymous, in compliance with deletion and backup procedures. With the exception of browsing data, which is required for computer protocols, the provision of personal data by users is optional. However, failure to provide such data will mean the user's requests cannot be fulfilled. Personal data may be shared with other data controllers (such as, supervisory and control authorities and any public body having the right to request data) or used by other responsible parties on behalf of Zeropack. Data may also be used by Zeropack's employees and/or co-workers carrying out technical or organisational tasks on the Site on behalf of Zeropack. At any time and free of charge, you may exercise your rights as follows: a) obtain confirmation of the existence of your data and have it communicated to you; b) ask for your data to be updated, corrected or added to; c) ask for your data to be deleted, converted to anonymous form or blocked, if held in violation of the law, and to oppose its use for legitimate reasons; d) withdraw consent to use your data, at any time, without in any way affecting the permissibility of data use based on consent given prior to withdrawal. In addition to the above rights, under the Privacy Regulation you may also at any time: a) ask for the use of your personal data to be limited; b) oppose the use of your personal data; c) ask for your personal data to be deleted without unjust delay; d) have the right to the portability of your personal data; e) submit a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Guarantor where the preconditions exist. You may exercise the above rights at any time, or obtain further information on how Zeropack uses your personal data by sending a written request to info@zeropack.it. Zeropack may change or update the contents of this privacy notice, in whole or in part, including following changes to the applicable standard.
